Alexis got a cute Noah's Ark Easter Egg hunt in the mail from her Grandma and Grandpa Cornia. She had fun hiding the eggs for Shaun and I to find.

My family has always dyed Easter eggs. It has been a fun tradition. Our main focus has always been on the Resurrection of Christ. This year we had a newly baptised member from Guatemala over for dinner. He doesn't speak English so Shaun has had the opportunity to teach him the gospel. While he was here we helped him look up some stuff on the Internet about the church i his home town. He was amazed to see that there is a Temple being built in Guatemala. We watched the "Testaments" a movie about Christ and the Resurrection in Spanish and Shaun translated conversation during dinner. It was nice to be able to have him in our home where he doesn't get to see his family who is still in Guatemala. He found it interesting that we color eggs. Where his home town the local churches outlaw the celebration of Christmas or Easter. It was all a new thing for him.

Fun!!! I love how involved you get to be in missionary work out there. What a great experience. We got to decorate eggs with Ty's niece and nephews this year...but most of the eggs got eaten before the night was through.
Looks like a lot of fun!!! Holidays are so much fun with kids. I love the shirts you and Shaun are wearing to dye eggs in...we have some just like them :)
That is so neat that you had the man from Guatemala over for dinner. I love missionary work. You guys are such an artistic and creative family! Glad you had a fun Easter and I'm looking forward to seeing you!
